Two-Stage Implant Placement

Two-Stage Implant Placement is recommended when maximum stability and biological safety are the priority—particularly in cases of bone deficiency, after inflammatory conditions or in complex anatomical situations.

Preparation

We perform:

  • CT diagnostics and evaluation of bone volume and density
  • analysis of bite and load distribution
  • consultations with a prosthodontist, gnathologist or periodontist if needed

Procedure

The implant is placed into the bone and covered by the gum for the osseointegration period. After several months, a healing abutment is placed, and preparation for prosthetic restoration begins. The procedure is performed under local anesthesia or, if indicated, under sedation.

Patients receive detailed recommendations, ongoing monitoring by the doctor and full support from a medical coordinator at every stage of treatment.
