Olena has been working in dentistry since 2009. She began her professional journey as a pediatric dentist and, since 2015, has focused on orthodontic treatment. She holds specializations in both pediatric dentistry and orthodontics.
She finds her greatest professional fulfillment in working with children and teenagers. For her, they are true little heroes who go through a long and sometimes challenging orthodontic journey with patience and courage. That is why, for Olena, treatment is not only about technique, but also about support, trust and partnership.
Over the years, relationships with patients often grow into warm connections that continue even after the orthodontic stage is completed. Patients value her openness, attentiveness and genuine dedication to achieving the best possible result.
Olena actively develops her professional expertise, attending 5–6 workshops, seminars and congresses each year in Ukraine and abroad. She is a speaker for Crystaline Aligners, sharing her clinical experience with colleagues and the author of the course “Easy Start in Pediatric Orthodontics” designed for doctors advancing their specialization.
In her practice, she applies modern orthodontic approaches and uses individually fabricated appliances for skeletal and dentoalveolar expansion. This allows her to take into account the specifics of each clinical case and achieve functional, stable results.
"Treatment is always a mutual process. It is important for a patient to find ‘their’ doctor, ask all questions and feel confident in the trust between them. Without that, orthodontics simply does not work," says Olena Murashchenko.
For her, the most valuable part of her work is the patient’s trust and their commitment to following recommendations. And the greatest professional reward is seeing people who once felt shy about their smile begin to smile openly and confidently.
