Single-Stage Implant Placement

Single-Stage Implant Placement is a surgical protocol in which an implant is placed immediately after tooth extraction. If needed, gum grafting is performed and a temporary crown is placed. The patient leaves the clinic with natural-looking temporary crown

This approach helps preserve bone volume, reduces treatment time and the number of surgical interventions, and maintains both aesthetics and comfort in everyday life.

Preparation

Before the procedure, a CT scan and detailed planning are necessary. We assess bone condition, gum health, bite, anatomical features and functional load. This ensures long-term predictability and stability of the result.

Procedure

Atraumatic tooth extraction → socket preparation → implant placement with primary stability. If necessary, soft or hard tissue grafting is performed to ensure proper gum contouring. The procedure is carried out under local anesthesia or, if indicated, under sedation.

After the procedure, you receive full support: the doctor monitors healing, provides the necessary medical care and a medical coordinator guides you through every stage of recovery.
